Frequently Asked Questions:
When will my benefits take effect?
A: Your benefits will be active after 30 days of employment with us, following the first of the month. (Ex. If your start date was on May 6th, then your benefits would be active on July 1st.)
What is my group number?
A: Please email [email protected] for our group number information.
What if my information is wrong in Blue Cross?
A: Please contact HR so that we may reach out to our HUB benefits contact.
How do I add my spouse & children, post-enrollment?
A: Any change of your marriage status, birth/adoption of a child, or your spouse/children having a termination of benefits would all be categorized as Qualifying Events. Any of these events listed must have occurred within 30 days.

Be sure to also upload any supporting documentation as part of your qualifying event for approval by HR & our HUB benefits representative.
When can I expect my cards to come in the mail?
A: Ideally, you should receive your Blue Cross cards at your address after enrollment. RSC does not mail them directly from our headquarters. If you did not receive your member cards, please register on the BCBSM site and request them via your account.
You can request your cards to be mailed from your BCBSM account, or view them via the BCBSM App (found on Google Play or the App Store.)
