What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

An employer-sponsored employee assistance program (EAP) is a benefit offered to employees to help assess, address and resolve personal issues.

Our EAP is available to you and your family (as well as dependents under 27.)

• Ulliance is covered by RSC, and is completely free and confidential.

• Ulliance offers a wide range of support and referrals.

• Consultations are available in-person, video, or telephonically.
