Getting the Field Forms Uploaded to the DocU

Once you've completed the form, save it and then rename it something relevant to the service call you just finished. Exp: Ticket#789789 - Save-a-Lot1234

You'll now go into the DocU in Ventus Mobile and follow the below sample images below to select your form. Look for the RED boxes for directions.

If you have another form and/or photos to add as well, you can also add the completed form to Cam Scanner to keep everything together in one single PDF.
